She left clues on how to develop all the best parts of the internet in a way that works around the negative issues that came about with the creation of the internet that happened in their world of technology. Phoebe closes the book and suddenly dies.

As she looks down from a higher power, she sees her funeral. The world she leaves has allowed people to be creative and innovative in a safe way. The internet is a safe space that is used in only positive ways. Her interruption of time has saved humanity and created an even better trajectory for future generations to thrive.
